CAN THESE BE DISPLAYED OUTDOORS?
Kallisto Suncatchers are intended for indoor use or dry outdoor spaces. The wood is stained and sealed to protect it from the elements. The metal is not treated or painted. If exposed to rain or water for long periods of time, the metal will naturally deteriorate. However, I have several hanging under our covered deck (dry) year round and there is no change to the original quality.
WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?
They are made of wood, metal chicken wire, metal wire and transparent glass beads in different shapes, sizes, colors and cuts.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
Yes! We are happy to review commission requests and custom orders. Final sizes depend on chicken wire placement. Beads, charms and colors subject to sourcing and availability. We are happy to discuss options and work with you on creating a piece of art that you love. Additionally, if a design you wanted has sold out, contact us to order that design.
HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO MAKE?
It depends, but usually 3 to 6 weeks, often faster. Larger sizes and custom orders may take longer if I need to order special bead items.
HOW DO I CLEAN THEM?
Place one hand behind the charms, on the back side of the frame to steady the charms. Then use a duster or wide, dry paint brush to lightly dab/dust each charm with care.
WHY ARE YOUR PRODUCT DIMENSIONS SO WEIRD?
Strange, Right? Uncommon dimensions/measurements are due to the placement of the chicken wire. In efforts to center the beadwork and ensure even lines, we had to stray away from common "picture frame" sizes.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?

Currently we are only shipping inside the USA from our website. This is our first launch of the website and we will explore international options in the very near future. Thank you for your patience as we adapt to this process. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns or exchanges with in 30 days of receiving, in original condition. Customer pays for return shipping, including insurance.
