ABOUT KALLISTO HANDCRAFTS

Five years ago I bought a roll of chicken wire with a plan to turn it into a unique rustic sun catcher for personal use at our home. I shared the idea with my husband and asked him to make me a frame, and bless him, he did. The giant four and a half foot frame, with over one thousand charms took me four months to complete working week days after work and on weekends. When it was completed, we were not prepared for the local response amongst family, neighbors and friends. The orders came in by word of mouth, and as we worked to fulfill them, we learned, adapted, refined our plans, processes and measurements; and sourced better materials and supplies. 

After four years of development, brainstorming, trial and errors, we are ready to expand our market and explore opportunities to share our art with more people.
